7-Hydroxymitragynine Causes Morphine-Level Respiratory Depression Reversible by Naloxone, Rat Study Finds

This study, supported by NIDA grant funding and conducted at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, used whole-body plethysmography in rats to directly measure breathing parameters following drug administration.
